I was under the impression any damage done by a commander be it an ability or combat damage counted as the commander damage rule. For instance, Niv Mizzet with curiosity dealt the commander damage amount and won. If I was wrong than this whole idea was a fluke.

{Valakut, the molten pinnacle} + {warp world} can make for a nice alternate wincon. My draft turns out to have only 47 cards, so I'll post my comments here.

Yah getting everyone down to 1 then hordeling outburst with an impact tremors down or Purphoros is mean lol

If their life total is even, they're dead at the spot. Purphoros can be a nasty finisher, and you don't even need outburst. With haste and doubler, tap hidetsugu in response to his etb trigger. 😈😈

Those lands are there to make my life an odd number before one of the dictate of the twin God cards hit the board that way I don't get instakilled with my own commander.

No, all of these, especially the Collar, are sweet ideas. Because Lifelink is one of the abilities that does not need Combat Damage.
