Anyone else watch the tralier for it? I can't wait to see it. The trailer was super funny, but I have always been a fan of deadpool.

Glad the trailer isn't as silly as previous previews

Reynolds is doing well for it so far, he has the sarcasm down pretty well for what I expect of a deadpool movie

Rass

Isn't this his third character in the marvel series.

He did green lantern as well, deadpool and wasn't he a 3rd in one of the Xmen or something? Or was that deadpool? I remember him having swords
He was in X-Men Origins as Deadpool. He fought Sabretooth and Wolverine in the final battle.

But... For SOME reason, the movie creators decided to take away his mouth. Because the Merc with a Mouth has ALWAYS been silent. Logic!

Because they didn't want to give him lines because making good dead pool lines with out the proper writers can be pretty hard.

Either way, the current installment that is slated for release is not taking into consideration the events of X-Men Origins. They are saying it pretty much never happened.

So are we!

Days of futures past is a reboot with rebooting it so it could happen

I believe Fox owns the rights to X-Men which is why a couple things are like they are. Such as the whole, "Origins never happened" because Marvel can't show the Origins movie (That and I hated the "deadpool" in origins). Fox also owns the term "mutants" which is why in Avengers: Age of Ultron they said Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch were "enhanced" not mutants. Fox is also known for, what I like to call, "kidding out" a movie. They try to make it so a larger demographic can watch so they make more money. I personally think that is why they immediately muted their Deadpool from day one.

All that beig said, I really like that Marvel is really allowed to just go all out on the Deadpool movie and Disney isn't being like, "It's not kid friendly". A lot of people are Deadpool fans and I think they just realized how much money this movie will make regardless of ratings. I am really excited to see it no matter what because Deadpool was the first hero/antihero that I was introduced to.

Quick edit:
If I am wrong about anything here please correct me. I'd rather know what I posted incorrectly than look like an *** that just spouts poo.
