{Ajani Vengeant}+{Tyrant of Discord}
Use Ajani's -7, then play the Tyrant. Of course in Boros colors there's things like {Wrath of God}+{Boros Charm}, but I think his is more fun.

Wouldn't that just cause them to return on the next end step to actually occur?

Yea. As soon as you actually get to an end step this will trigger. It's not specifically tied to that end step, it's just looking for the next consecutive one to start. Note that if you cast {sudden dissapearance}, during an end step, (with say {vedalken orrery}) the cards wouldn't come back until another end step starts.

How you would do it is when the trigger for the nonland permanents is on the stack you activate the sundial and the cards will indefinitely stay in exile.

That's fine. Letting the ability trigger but before it resolves and your golden.

Proves I'm just not mean enough sometimes. You can totally exile the trigger of course.
Another one, though three cards: {mycosynth lattice} + {darksteel forge} + {Nevinyrral's Disk} or {coercive portal}. If you run all-artifact and don't mind not taking the lands, you can leave out lattice.
