I'm exited about it because I started playing during the scars of mirrodin block and I have gone through a bunch of old cards to make decks and ravnica looks so cool

because ravnica was an amazing set when it came out and captivated alot of players and changed the game play in all the right ways. i wish i was around when it first came out D: this is just how my buddy described it.

"Don't fix what isn't broken". This release is a fan-service, I doubt they'll change a great lot, just expand on original concepts with addition of one or two new things I dare say.

Everyone is raving about RTR because the Ravnica block is regarded as the most popular block because, it changed the way we play. The concept of enemy colours before that was alien.

And yes, the moment I found out about a 🌟💀 planeswalker, I had a little pang of hope that we were going back the hallowed halls of the 'financial' district of Orzhov ... *sigh of contentment*
