I just saw it too. One of my friends described it best: entertaining, but not something really amazing I'd want to see again. Effects were cool and everything, but there were definitely better marvel movies.

Exactly.  The suspense builds the whole movie, then at the end its "oh, btw, we are 100 times more powerful than you so we will kill you without breaking a sweat."

Did you watch the movie? It was intense the whole time and (SPOILER) an Avenger died!

This guy gets it. I had someone sitting next to me call him the flash and I wanted to punch them....

Part of the agreement between is that they cannot call him quicksilver nor can they mention his dad...

From what I understand Marvel is allowed to do pretty much whatever with Quicksliver, except mention his connection to the X-Men (aka, no "mutant," no "Magneto is ya daddy," etc.) and Fox can't mention their affiliation with the Avengers. They need to make these movies just imax. The 3d only works well with pastel colors.

I took the family to watch it yesterday.  I like to go to movies after the rush to see them has died off.  We got to show up just on time and still got the best seats in the theater.  Everyone else was watching that dinosaur flick this weekend.
