What is the nature of your questions?

Too many one and two ofs and not enough information to work with.

This looks kinda of like a big mess to me. It has no focus, about a billion 1 ofs, no real competitive cards, lack of a strong win con, lack of a substantial mana base, and just general confusion as to what it is supposed to be doing

All in all if you want to play enchantments or you're new to formats that aren't EDH or Standard, don't toss somethong together like this, consider current good decks that can be a gateway to a great format and build those. My first modern deck was {Primalcrux} Green. Is reccomend that to newer players in the format because of it's easy to understand playstyle and 50% win rate against a lot of great decks.

Well, it has gone mostly undefeated in my playgroup, but I know I'm not up against too much competition there. I would like to start going to FNM and the likes, but I have to know where to start with making my deck competitive.

Alright so a key concept a lot of newer players have trouble grasping is that there are top tier decks and to be competitive you'll probably be playing one of those, that said some rogue brews like GW devotion in standard and Kiln fiend in modern break out once in a while, and maybe take down a GP and top 8 once in a while, but you have to be very skilled to design one of those.

Here's a list of standard decks off the top of my head that can be made for relatively cheap (I'm assuming the format here is standard) and put up results at FNM, as well as being reasonably easy to pilot, pick one of these and I can give you a list to make for between 20 and 50 dollars depending on your budget.

GR aggro: main gameplan here is to play creatures and attack with them, use efficient burn spells to clear the way for your threats or burn to the face if you're looking to close out the game

Mono green stompy: put yourself ahead of your opponent by getting more mana and dropping a big fat threat and beating them down with it.

GW aggro: see GR aggro but this has more white and less red.

White weenies: overrun your opponent with a bunch of small threats and just be faster than them.

Mono black humans/aggro: uses a bunch of cheap humans and attacks with them, pretty simple. Very similar to white weenies but runs {obelisk of urd} to finish off your opponent.

If any other people think of a cheap and easy deck, let me know!

I  am now realizing this is in the modern section. All of these decks stand true except mono black lol. Do you have a preference?

Splicer

I'm not exactly new, the problem is that I've never played competitive magic. I've been playing casual for years.
