Untap shuffle algorithm

IRL I get mana screwed. Quite a lot. The last prerelease I went to I flooded three games and got screwed on the last one. (We managed to win the last one because it was 2HG and I bluffed counters all day). I'm not saying that I should never get mana screwed, it happens. But when I plug in a deck and get three lands In my starting hand and nothing else in a 25 land deck that's frustrating. But then it happens twice in a row and on the third one I draw 12 land to 6 nonland it's a bit of a piss off. But this is a common occurrence on Untap.In for me.

IRL I'd say it's about 10% of my games that I get mana screwed. On Untap.In I have gotten mana screwed in 3 of my last 4 games. That's 75%. Sure it's better sometimes, but still.

And your last prerelease you got screwed/flooded 100% of the time in paper?

It's a common occurrence because of confirmation bias. That and the fact that the shuffler does thousands of decks per day.

And I haven't been really mana screwed since then and it was FRF prerelease. I know I have bad luck but I know for sure I have worse luck on Untap.In

Yesterday untap has been giving me the worst draws with the most awkward hands.

Literally mulling to 5 at least once every 3 games. Shouldn't really happen with 25 mana and 4

Had the same thing with U/W control. Constantly going down to 5 in a 26 land deck.
