Hey IMTG,

So I was just curious as to how many players on here are into the competitive scene! I myself like to travel to SCG opens and TCG 5ks

Remillo

I do more judging than playing at competitive levels, but I do like playing Modern FNM from time to time.

MuggyWuggy

Currently developing a web series for competitive standard.

One our local players is skipping GPLV for the TCG invite the week after in LV

Lots of standard discussion in our area

Mattao19

I've recently turned into a spike :P turned into one when I won a PPTQ and realized hey I can get on the ProTour! Then my exam schedule came out and I realized that I have an exam the day of the PTQ! Oh well gotta win another PPTQ I guess!!

I mostly play Modern but I love to play control in standard (unless MonoR picks up lol) but other than MonoR I feel like control is very good right now :P

Dsx Cherno

I'm starting to actively play competitive. I play standard mostly, and have 2 modern decks that I need to fine tune and aquire the cards for (4 {noble heirarch}).

General Kiwi

I'm competitive in modern I try to go to 4 Grand Prix a year. I have really fallen off the wagon with standard

Munchlax

I'm trying to get L1 judge. Until then I'm just a judge's assistant. What I really need to learn are punishments...

For your L1, all that really matter is knowing how to run things at Regular, meaning knowing how to fix common errors without getting too much in to penalties.  Once you start judging competitive events more and want to shoot for L2, that's when the MTR and IPG come in to play.  If you wanna chat more about Judgestuff, feel free to message me.
