Notes:
Enduring Scalelord and Phalanx Leader synergy, using tokens for multiple triggers on the Scalelord.

You need more spells that target {phalanx leader} to make 4 of him worth running.

Nfidel2k

12 isn't enough particle? :)

Edit:  I should probably explain the combo - why the phalanx leaders are necessary.  Basically when you hit a phalanx leader with any spell, your enduring scalelord gets +1/+1 counters equal to the number of creatures you have on the table - plus an extra counter if the spell produced one.  So spit out three tokens, cast a Dromoka's command targeting phalanx +1/+1 and the scalelord, and your scalelord gets six +1/+1 counters and fights something as a 10/10.  Then you swing...

Have you considered {Solidarity of heroes}

Nfidel2k

Yeah - it doesn't improve the combo and it's more expensive.  But it does have other play options besides the combo; right now I just didn't have the room.

LinkCelestrial

{Gods Willing}, {Ajani's Presence}, protect your wincons and get heroic triggers.

{Feat of Resistance} should maybe be main boarded.

{Warriors' Lesson}: some on theme card draw.

IMO lose {Nature's Panoply} for some combination of the above.

{Elspeth, Sun's Champion} is good but out of theme.

{Raise the Alarm} doesn't make very much sense in this build.

I feel like you need some ramp.

Gods willing and ajani's presence are off theme, but I can definitely swap in the feats for the panoply's.  Just felt like I was getting too white-heavy, but I guess that doesn't matter.  4 feats and 2 stances for protection.  Elspeth and raise the alarm are in for the token generation - increase the trigger count for Scalelord if I don't have two.  Basically can pump Scalelord to beastly heights with only a handful of mana, and leave chumps ready.

Gotcha. How has the deck been performing?

Nfidel2k

Have to test it, wanted opinions on feasibility and card swaps.  May end up being a fun deck because I agree that it looks like it needs ramp.  I'm also looking for ideas I missed - I will probably dump the hornet queens for the card draw you mentioned.

I'd personally drop her on favour of ramp.

I understand what the magical Christmas land game plan is for this deck. But when things don't go well, your cards should still be good together even if they are not comboing off. Agree with the card suggestions link made. Raise the alarm is just in the hopes of making the combo better? That does not seem worth 4 slots. Might as well just run 2 more enduring scale lords and try to go infinite by themselves.  And where's the 12? I see 4 natures ponopoly, 3 dromakas command and 2 valorous stance. That's only 9. No other spells target so nothing else would trigger phalanx.

Have you considered {genesis hydra} to collect your combo pieces and trigger your {enduring scalelord} if you hit him?

Also, I would suggest removing {warden of the first tree} for {elvish mystic}; {nature panoply} for {gods willing}-if your creatures die, and they will, this is what you'd want to protect them and set up your draws. At 1 mana, this should be at least a 2 of in your deck. And remove {raise the alarm} and replace with another mana dork within budget. I would suggest {Sylvan caryatid} or {satyr wayfinder}

I'd rather be running {Voyaging Satyr} over {Satyr Wayfinder} in this style of deck. {Whisperer of the Wilds} might be worth considering though I doubt it.

Haha. Typed the wrong one. That's actually what I meant to put. Wrong name. {Voyaging satyr} over {satyr wayfinder}
