It could, but it will have to wait till shivan reef and temple of infamy drop down in price. I want this deck to be relatively cheap I would only really need 1 or 2 counter flux, so I'll toy around with the list to fit it in.

Yeah I can see it as a one or two of in this. It's a four of if you can run it in control. But this is more of a tempo deck than control. The price tag is also nice.
