{Rest in Peace}

If there are 10 or more creatures in all graveyards, {Avatar of Woe} is only 2 mana. So I have some questions about Tokens:
1) Do destroyed tokens go to the graveyard? Or does it go there and then is removed from the game?
2) With {Rest in Peace} does a destroyed creature still trigger an ability like Morbid?

Rest in peace is a replacement effect. A creature that has died has to hit the graveyard. Since its exiled instead the morbid doesn't trigger. And since there isn't any creatures in the grave our avatar is still pretty expensive. And tokens technically hit the grave and disappear. So they would not count towards the number of creatures in grave. As soon as a token changes zones it goes poof. Hope this helps.

To be picky, usually tokens hit the grave and go poof, but they don't even do that anymore because they're exiled from RiP.
