Is Russian really worth 12x an English one?

Going by eBay values and both listed have an eBay buy out of 155-165 each.

Gotta figure not too much russian is available in North America. All boxes are imported from Belgium, they have a different process for the cards, foil process is also much more impressive on japanese/Korean/russian compared to English.

It's also just super lube for when you're stroking your deck.
