IMTG Binders

So I just purchased the additional in-app purchase for unlimited binders. However, I see no way to add new binders and I'm still stuck with the trade/needed/my precious binders. How do I create another binder?

Are you in edit mode when you are trying to add binder? Pencil icon is the edit mode.
