Legalities issue

Just got the iPhone 6 and when I look at a cards legalities, nothing shows up. But when I scroll through the legalities, if the "legal" would scroll out of the screens view then bounce back, it would show that legality

No you go to the league page. It's legal then it's blank. You pull down or push up. Then it fills in the part to the right of the legal

As a workaround turn your device sideways and back ( portrait to landscape and back).

Does it happen on iOS 8 only, iMtG 4.6.2?

5.4.0 here on 7.1.2, no issues.
