Instead of  {Confiscate} I would use  {Treachery} it cost and you get a bonus

True, but Confiscate can take nonceatures, which makes it slightly more useful if you run into a controlling opponent not playing dudes.

I'd see if you could find room for a {Bribery}. Why wait until it hits the field when you can just search their deck for it?

I would agree on the  {Bribery} And I would also consider  {Meloku the Clouded Mirror} To synergies with  {Roil Elemental}

i wish I had a {Bribery} to put in.

I prefer {Confiscate} as I have stolen Planeswalkers just before they pull off their ultimate and use it against the opponent.

Is {Synod Sanctum} doing enough for you? I see synergy with {Vedalken Shackles}, but you aren't really abusing it otherwise with ETB effects.

32 lands??? I think that you have more lands. If you see your mana curve, you will have aproximation of number of lands.
