Momir is blue so that is a pretty big deal, he can very easily lock the game down. Im not going ro answer who's better because they are both great in their own ways. It's like comparing an equally tasty apple and orange, sometimes you need spot removal and sometimes you need counterspell.

As mentioned, {Sisay} fetches Cradle which is powerful. I like that she has some interesting/bizarre combos, (eg. {Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite} + {Kamhal, Fist of Krosa} ). I like {Gaddock Teeg} a lot and he can really punish a lot of decks (plus wrath effects ). He's usually one of the first things I grab, or Thalia. I like having access to a GW enchantment package too.

{Isperia the Inscrutable} gives both and is great for toolbox with a simple  {Steel of the Godhead} or other unblockable you get accses to all the angels sphinx and any other flyer, plus wrath spot and counter se owns the toolbox the others are just guests
