How would the rulings on these go?

Need help with the rulings on some new mechanics.

Rage X(Whenever this creature attacks, otter attacking creatures you control get +X/+0 until end of turn.)

Infuse — <cost1> (<cost2>), (You may instead pay this card's infuse cost rather than payiin it's regular casting cost).
Secondary effect happens if infuse cost was paid.

Transist X(When this permanent enters the battlefield, reveal the top X card of your library. You may put any number of them that don't share a card type with this card into your hand.)

Not sure if this belongs here or discussion. Since these are not official rules and its just a "what do you think" question then it likely should just be in discussion. Wouldn't want someone thinking these are real rulings.

Rage and transist both look hard to balance.

Rage in any set with trample creaturs or trample enablers makes alpha strikes and going wide killer. The creatures would have to be weak in order to balance it. Look at Battle Cry to show how eminently playable {Signal Pest} is.

Transist almost solely has to exist as a 1-2 card limit or else the costs would have to run really high.

Munchlax

Rage should effect another target creature to make it more balanced

Mattao19

Raid is too similar to Battle Cry {Signal pest}

Infuse is similar to Entwine/Evoke/alternative costs

But I really do like :P transist it's a cooler and better cascade
