It looks budget as is Cruise make the deck very expensive lol bc you need 6-8 fetches and Shocklands lol but yes if it's in the price range splashing U for Cruise is good

Haha I was actually going to recommend fetches anyways   Helps with a three color mana base.

I meant it's a way to deal damage because of the opponents snappy

Still though like all they need to do is bolt it then snap back bolt with it gone
