They should stop making modern masters. It's shamelessly profiting off of us while giving us nothing new in return. Especially at the stupid MSRP they list it at. We don't even get new art

I disagree so much here. It offers is more cards to purchase for modern (a great format) that is now easier to access :D sure the mm packs are pricey but the cards in those packs are expensive too so it's hard to not charge a lot

Unless they massively reprint all the fetches and staples, it won't be accessible. The fact that a solid modern deck can cost 4 digits to make is astoundingly dumb, and ends up very elitist.
Less than 2 solid Standard decks can equal out to a very solid Modern deck. Just saying.

Most of the decks I'd want to play are $500-$600 range. That's not cheap, but it's eternal value. And 4 {Leyline of Sanctity} is $120 right up front for most decks.

Except there is new art. And it does increase supply which should lower prices, at least for the short term.

And Modern isn't hugely more expensive than Standard right now.

Munchlax

Hulk combo is a little under 200.

Primal crux green is in that same range

Seismic swans is 400-500

Update! Primalcrux green is no longer around two hundred. When I first put it together it was but its collective worth had dropped about 60-70 dollars since then

Except the only real eternal value is n the Reserved list. You could spend that $120 on the Leylines, and the next day they could spoil if in a set....say modern masters....and a in a few months be worth $10-15 total.

I'll be shocked and amazed if that happens to their value. Besides, unless something better shows up they'll increase in value again as the market settles.

It provides more printings of expendive, in demand cards and staples that haven't been printed for a while. No one is forcing you to buy any of it.

Rass

I wouldn't mind seeing another  {Lava Spike} reprint.

So we have 10 out of 15 mythics spoiled. Assuming the Titans is a cycle, there is only one we don't know. If they keep the colors relatively balanced, its likely red. Maybe Kiki again?

The Mythics we have spoiled are:
{Iona, Shield of Emeria}
{Vendillion Clique}
{Dark Confidant}
{Bitterblossom}
{Primeval Titan}
{Tarmogoyf}
The Eldrazi
{Karn Liberated}
{Mox opal}

rarehuntertay

Now I have pick up a playset of the new art Finkles...

Good point, so we either have the titans and nothing else, or the rest of the titans aren't hers

{dispatch} and {surgical extraction} confirmed. 50% of the janky combo deck is here. Needs {shelldock isle} and {shadowborn apostle}. Figure it out.

The1337Magician

Does {Dispatch} being spoiled mean no {Path to Exile} reprint?

Also spoiled:
{Blinkmoth Nexus}! W00t!
{Creakwood Leige}
{Horde of Notions} I guess that five color good-stuff is a thing again.

This set is literally just good stuff.
I really want to see the commons, I can't wait to draft this stuff but the Rares don't matter a whole lot in limited (minus obvious bombs).
