Platinum angel is the better choice btw over platinum emperion...

Not in my experience of running a deck with both. Angel is way too exposed, being a flyer, only 4/4, and Angel, being a creature, and being an Artifact. Emperion only has two of those downsides with an ability that is fantastic

But commander damage, infect, and target player loses the game effects are all relevant. Also, who plays burn or flying hate in commander?

If you are playing burn in EDH your playing it wrong. Burn is one of the worst things in EDH.

Just because it's better, and more people will want to kill it isn't a reason to play emperion over it. Also, if someone's playing burn in EDH, you should be beating them already.
