Only one card capable of doing that: {worldgorger dragon}. All other cards flickering say non-land.

edit: did a search on "exile return permanent". Figure that should get all permant-flicker cards.

EDIT 2: it would mean that your combo making all things an artifact would be exiled too, you have to get the dragon on the board first or figure out a way to get the etb and exile on the stack together. Note that if you exile in response to the etb, it will resolve after the exile so still leave you with nothing. Best have a way to cheat the {mycosynth lattice} too. Another blink effect would do the trick.
It is becoming hard to pull off though.

Just spotted {apocalypse} while browsing random cards. Would make an easier combo with {worldgorger dragon}.
