Opponent has board with 3 different creatures
Lets say savage knuckle blade, stormbreath and courser.

I cast {polymorphists jest} it resolves

All creatures are now 1/1 Frogs with no abilities

I cast {bile blight} on the frog that would be savage

It resolves, all Frogs die?

The cards capitalizes Frogs so I'm thinking they are literally now a "Frog" as opposed to stormbreath etc, it does not specify that their creatures types become frog.

Need some judge input

I feel the 2nd ruling on bile blight applies to this situation

Remillo

Unless it specifically says "named...", the name doesn't change, only the creature type.  If a card ever says "becomes a [type] creature...", that means only the creature type changes.

Kaylesh

As Remilio says, the names don't change.

{Drown in Sorrow} might be notable for finishing the frogs.

I have a {Polymorphist's Jest} /  {Circle of Flame} Deck that has mixed but fairly positive results

{Scouring Sands} is what I'd lean towards. Though I'd imagine you're already running that?
