Part of the good thing about franchises is they have figured this stuff out.  I just picked one that looked good for myself and now I know to not buy from them.
Also, I would not expect anyone to pay me if it didn't turn out perfectly.

I myself have never broken a phone screen, and I don't use a case either.
My brother did shoot my TV with a bb gun once, he "swore it wasn't loaded," but I don't think that could have been fixed.
