I'm thinking a tribal interpretation of a Dragon. Looks closer to Planechase if it's a set/block reference.

It's not been explained, but it may have some use for how borked she is as a card

It doesn't explain everything but it does explain some things (her flavour text for example) and there is room to theorize some things that aren't explained
