My dude is: if I attach an {Skullclamp} to a 1/1, could I sacrifice him before he dies?
With {Bloodthrone Vampire} for example.

Yes, equiping something goes on the stack.

You won't get to draw 2 cards though. You'd have to respond to equipping which would mean the sacrifice happens before the clamp equips. Any creature with X power and zero toughness dies before anyone gets priority (so before anyone can respond to it).
