Plz give me some advice on this EDH deck and tell me if I'm doing something wrong and elish norn is the commander

I'd shave about 4-6 lands and put something else

If all of your creatures are sharing a creature type (soldier), I highly recommend a {Coat of Arms}. My casual soldier deck has gotten 113 126/125 soldier tokens because of it and spells like {Nomad's Assembly} and {Conquerer's Pledge}
