That is probably fourth edition.

And the copyright date is different from the date on 4th edition...

It's most likely Foreign Black Boarder. They printed Revised edition in other countries, but with black boarders. Just look up Foreign Black Boarder (FBB) to find the version. Most likely simplified Chinese 4th edition FBB.

4th edition. 5th didn't come out until 1997.

4th in English is 1995 copyright but came out after in Japan/Asia

So whar is the value on that?  I have the same card; it was in insert in a magazine years ago (Scrye, Duelist, or Inquest).
