yea wizards says if u get janky packs you can submit them for replacements.

I know this sounds far fetched but I wish I'd known that when I bought the {rikku of two reflections} commander deck and opened it to reveal another {kaalia of the vast} deck instead. I wasn't happy but I wasn't mad. Lol.

So I mailed my pack jacked pack back to wizards last month.   In the return envelope I had the cards, the wrapper, a receipt, and a note about what was wrong with pack..  Also threw in $1.25 for return postage. 

Got a package from wizards today..

2 packs of kahns!!!!!
And in hard sleeve was my $1.25 I sent them returned to me!

Pulls were crap, but the customer service is awesome!!!!
