Some M15 cards not flagged as legal in standard

The following cards appear in red in deck builder when deck format set to "standard":

Shivan Reef (M15)
Battlefield Forge (M15)
Negate (M15)

I've gone into the card detail screen and looked through the list of "legalities", looks like "standard" is missing.
