So I've only been playing since Return to Ravnica block started, and only started going to FNM's after Journey into Nyx. However, one of the better decks I made last season was an Izzet control/burn deck with a splash of white. Now I'm trying to bring the goodness back and Id appreciate any feedback.

It's broken if you build around it. Just throwing it in any deck can be pretty good, but nothing crazy. It needs to be in that deck with the mana dorks and all the 1 mana can trips
