Quick question, would {keranos,God of storms} trigger the card draw part of {temur ascendancy} without devotion on the field?

If you don't have enough Devotion to make him a creature (including his own symbols), he doesn't enter the battlefield as a creature, only as an enchantment.  Temur Ascendancy (and any other things that care) wont trigger.
