How bad of a sign is it that I have absolutely no idea what they're selling? Is it a premium account? Is it a way to order magic cards? What is TCG Direct?

Basically. They have a warehouse with cards. You buy a card from a seller. Tcg player ships it to you from their stock of cards. The seller then ships the card they were selling to tcgplayer. I guess it's just a quicker and more efficient way of getting things. Also is a better garuntee of quality I guess.

It also all comes in one package, as opposed to the 13 us penny pinchers might end up with.

Also, not all vendors are enrolled in TCG Player Direct. Therefore not all versions, conditions, finish, or price of any specific card will be available for this new service. It is however, extremely convenient.

You have to spend 35 on order to get direct and 35x31 is 1085

Of course.. The one time I buy something off tcgplayer, it was September 30th... Guess I'll cancel the order and order again 😂
