Treasure cruise isn't very good wih 4 snap casters, maybe cut 1. Either that or be very careful with what you exile to treasure cruise in case you draw a snappy

{U}: Draw three is awesome.  I always keep in mind when I'm using it to keep a {Lightning Bolt} or a {Mana Leak}, whichever is more relevant.

Silent, thanks for posting this. I used this as a guide for what blue cards are good, as I couldn't actually build it. Ended going U/W instead as I had more parts. If you want I can post the build.

How does that play?  Is it more controlly to replace the burn?  I'm definitely interested to see the list!

Cutting out the two biggest removal colors seems good, but I don't know how good it is for (essentially) five mana.

yes, take out sowing salt.  It's quite annoying.

{treasure cruise} is established to be better in ur delver decks. The rare power of getting an extra cards has deemed to be better in this type of deck based on high level results!

Better than...... {Dig Through Time}?  I'm finding that out quickly.  Also finding out that {Scapeshift} is mean.
