SAO looks real good. Anyone seen it?

SAO has a huge following and isn't actually too bad.  The only problems I have with it are some things are a bit cliché, and the second season feels pretty rushed from a story aspect.  That said, I thouroughly enjoyed watching it and believe it's worth watching, though you could easily just stop after the first season.  I haven't watched any of the third season.

As for other ones, another one I enjoyed is Black Cat.  A former assassin and a bounty hunter teaming up for shenanigans, where .poo. gets really strange near the end (though not nearly as wierd as the last few episodes of NGE)

Also, one can never go wrong with Trigun.

Pass is in my mind. Trigun wasn't serious ENOGH for me.

It has about 6-7 humorous episodes (action included) and it gets deathly serious.

I didn't say humor. I said unserious. I like FMA and SNK because they get the right humor to action ratio.
