Well, this is a very rough overlay of what I have so far.  Suggestions are loved and appreciated.  So please give them!

My nrlgs (not really local game store) is very affinity and aggro oriented so I felt the {Pyroclasms} were needed mainboard.  And with that affinity and aggro comes low mana cost, so I put inquisition over {thoughtseize} due to that fact.

If that's your meta, {black suns zenith} is not bad. Serum visions is not really a card you want in a control deck, because turn 1 you are either inquisition or playing you shock land from a fetch tapped to save life. I recommend:

Any type of more removal, considering I do not see much mainboard I would also recommend more counter magic for the combo matchup because I currently only see 3 mana leak besides the 2 cryptics I recommend

1 of condescend
Possibly remand
Possibly {spell snare} very good agaisnt affinity to stop cranial plating and arch bound

I could see {Spell Snare} being added for Ravenger.  Other than that, I don't see much combo, (Kiki, and Splinter that is) I can always sb in the rest of the counters if I ever run into it.  Thank you for that suggestion.

You really thing serum won't be good.  I always used it to find my Ultimatium and snapcasters faster. Along with anything else crucial.  Anything for digging you suggest over it?

Mana base doesn't have any basics :/ too many shocks also, I'd consider running x1 Urborg as well since they're cheap now :)

Always 4 snappys and if you have access to them 2 {Vendilion Cliques}

What do you suggest for the basics?  And no I sadly don't have the fourth snappy (granted I don't have the onslaught fetches either but that should be fixed soon).  I was debating the Clique(s) but I was only debating having 1 and dropping a {lavaclaw reaches}.  Thoughts?

You run 1 of each basic(1 mountain,island,swamp) to fetch a color you need when you do not want to take damage

I would honestly say just toss the {Lavaclaw Reaches}. Too much mana for so little evasion.

The creeping tar pits are plenty and strictly better I would cut the reaches for basics and 0-1 tarp it's for the final basic or another land

Ok so here are the changes

So far the playtesting has gone pretty well.  Haven't run into many problems aside from burn, which hits me pretty hard.  Any suggestions?

Wait so is the point of this deck to hard cast a {Cruel Ultimatum}? Cause that seems really really slow
