Was curious as to what are the pros and cons of each of these. They all have similar effects and are all {W}{B}.
{Castigate}
{Hide//Seek}
{Tidehollow Sculler}

{Castigate},
Pros: Guaranteed to nail something that's going to be a threat. They can't get the card back.
Cons: they may not have anything important in hand.

{Hide//Seek},
Pros: removes the card regardless of where it is. Let's you scope out your opponents library.
Cons: you have to know what they're playing before you start searching.

That zombie thingy,
Pros: {Castigate} on a stick.
Cons: that they can actually get their card back.

{Thoughtsieze},
Pros: T1 playable for immediate hand disruption.
Cons: 2 life. Graveyard retrieval.

{Brain Maggot},
Pros: {Castigate} on a stick.
Cons: fragile. They can get their card back.

1st: {Castigate}, because it does what you need to do, which is remove a card from an opponents hand.

2nd: {Thoughtsieze}, there's a reason everybody has heard of it. It also has the highest price tag. If it weren't for my bias against paying two life it'd be first.

3rd: That Zombie Thingy, only cause it's a decent creature. I hate that they can get it back.

4th: {Brain Maggot}, see above. Only more fragile.

5th: {Hide//Seek}, it's only really useful game two or if you've been playing a lot of hand disruption. I prefer {Stain the Mind}.

Other noteworthy cards: {Duress} and {Distress}

You don't have to name the card for hide and seek.  Unless the oracle text changed it?
Nope, here is the Oracle text:
Search target opponent's library for a card and exile it. You gain life equal to its converted mana cost. Then that player shuffles his or her library.

Oh. I'm dumb. Seek into {Stain the Mind}. That's a win. With that in mind I like it better than {Brain Maggot} and that zombie thingy whose name I can't spell.

Tidehollow sculler is good if your playing an aggro/tempo deck like Deadguy and need to get a crucial card while still applying pressure.
Do you need to get rid of your excess money? Then contact hunter to give him money to buy one of the following choices for his Deadguy ale deck:

4x marsh flats
3-4 dark confidant
3-4 Lilliana's of the veil

-Lilliana's are optional but encouraged

I can argue both but in 85% of cases {Thoughtseize} is better!!!
