Should I build modern bloom titan or legacy leylines? I can't decide...

LEYLINES ALL THE WAY!!! In all seriousness it's reliable and wins against most other decks. From what I've heard and seen bloom Titan is incredibly hit or miss. Also, legacy is amazing

How many legacy tournaments does your lgs have?

We have 2 limited and 2 constructed a month. There isn't really s pattern of the constructed, so I'd say around 0.75 per month?

Modern Bloom Titan. Modern is A LOT more popular than Legacy so even if you move or go to a new LGS you will be able to play.

My friend and I worked to revamp the deck by removing the hive mind stuff in exchange for 4 {tooth and nail} and one of each eldrazi titan

Meta matters. Locally, legacy is way more popular than modern. They have never been able to get an established Modern night (even Friday nights with FNM) but legacy is crowded on Thursdays.
