That card gives me cancer.

The times I need a card late game with untapped mana is insane ... It's semi needed

The mana efficiency and utility are so painful though. I mean compared to {Divination}, you're paying {1}{U} for a card and instant speed. Compare it to {Opportunity} and you're paying {1} less for one less card and -target player. It's just so disappointing.
