I like running as many shocks as you can 4 {Hallowed Fountain} is a must. Basically you want UW bc R is the least common. And I like the {Ensoul artifact} idea but other than ornithopter it might be tough to pull off in that case you'd probably want to run more artifacts

I prefer not to take so much damage in a slow deck like this. The mana base isn't too demanding so I didn't think the fourth was needed.

Isn't it??!!!! I was at 6 a guy played {Master Of Feasts} last turn so on his upkeep I draw Purphoros. And he swings and puts me to one (I have guard and orni in play) next turn I draw divination ... First card ... Plains .... Second card .... HELIX!!! Lmfao he was a good sport and laughed it off which was nice of him

The times I need a card late game with untapped mana is insane ... It's semi needed

Adding green to the mana base gives access to {Beck // Call} and which lets you draw a missing {Purphoros, God of the Forge} or {Horizon Chimera} which is infinite life. At least that's how I believe it works.

Ya I've seen a list like this and I am considering it actually! Ill have to play test! It wouldn't be infinite life it'd be = to your decksize
