You sir are cruel, and Grenzo seems good too, keep it coming. {Dimir Cutpurse} and {Dack's Duplicate} seems good.

Have good sac outlets and "Pay Life" effects so the dethrone triggers will always go off. My personal favourite is {Treasonous Ogre}. Also, {Scourge of the Throne} is good and maybe cards that throw +1/+1 counters on your creatures.

[Gorzo]

Stuff that enters with +1/+1 counters on them are stupid with {Marchesa, The Black Rose}'s last ability, because they will automatically revive from death without needing to even attack and dethrone first. For example, {Pentavus} is ridiculous.

Obviously ETB effects are pretty strong with Marchesa as well.

You'll want to manage your own life total very carefully. You never want to have the most life, so you have someone to dethrone. {Soul Conduit} might be worth considering, but is alot of mana. You'll want to manage your life downward with stuff like {Promise of Power} and {Greed} effects, but you'll want to be careful not to get yourself killed. It might be wise to have ways to gain life as well, just in case you make yourself a target.
