If you're going to do discard, you've got to have {hymn to tourach}, and {mind twist}. You could "mill" him later in the game with {haunting echoes}.

{Mind Funeral} guarentees trashing 4 lands and can get over 10 mills quite often. Plus boss flavor text!

Oh by the way...for discard you might want {Monomania}.

You're close to making a Commander deck here. You might as well put just one of any card so you can say its a Highlander deck (only one of any card).
