If you go {G} {Life's Legacy} would help a lot
Chord of Calling could also be a thing.

Not at all look at his deck lol do you really think a {G}{G}{G} spell would be good? Lol

Honestly, right now it would be easy to pull off. {Llanowar Wastes}, {Yavimaya Coast}, Shocklands, {Temple of Mystery}, and {Temple of Malady}. The mana base right now is almost better than it was during Inn/RTR, especially for wedge decks.

Demigoron

I could add 4x {yavimaya coast} and a couple forests to balance the mana curve.  Then I could add {back to nature} and {life's legacy}

 {Whispering Madness} and maybe a 1 of {Waste Not} for funzies. {Notion Thief} is also pretty nasty with the madness too.

Demigoron

{waste not} made an early version if the deck, I took it out because it didn't help much.  I wouldn't stick in {chord of calling}, it's too expensive and not useful when I have the amount of scry and draw I do.  I agree that it would be easy to steady my mana-base until rotation and afterward probably, it's just dificult to aquire the cards.  I will probably end up splashing green, but I need to check the prices for the temples at my local shops and get more M15 to find the pain lands.

Demigoron

I added a green component, mainly from scryland and a couple pain lands.  That allowed me to add {back to nature} and {life's legacy}.  Lets see how it does.

I don't really get {Life's Legacy} here at all.  You're either killing your {Chasm Skulker} with it, which you probably will never want to do unless you can kill a blue opponent on the next islandwalk swing, or you're drawing like one card at sorcery speed and losing a creature.  I know you're on {Whip of Erebos}, but you aren't playing guys with great ETB effects or high power that give you value from recursion.  I guess {Omenspeaker} getting another scry 2 is okay, but not really what you want to be doing.

I also feel like with only 14 creatures, most of which are NOT attackers, you're not going to trigger {Military Intelligence} very often.  If you think green is necessary, consider {Prime Speaker Zegana}.  You'll need more lands and/or mana ramp though.  And yes she rotates but I'm pretty sure she's super cheap and probably your best green card draw option.  I think {Hunter's Prowess} is probably better than {Life's Legacy} as well, if you want a green card that isn't rotating.  Finally, instead of main-boarding {Naturalize}, why not run {Reclamation Sage}?  Does the same thing with a body for one more, so it's never a totally dead draw.

{Chasm Skulker} is such a sweet card, it's awesome to see other people excited about it.

{life's legacy} was just an idea, the main point is to sack a chasm skulker while another is on the battlefield, thus drawing, transfering counters, and getting an army.  {The whip of erebos} is mainly in there to give me lifelink, not bring back creatures, and it has saved me many a time.  {Military Intelligence} actually triggers more than you'd think, often my opponent will kill a 4/4 chasm and {Military Intelligence} gives me cards when we then trade hits.  Green is necessary because of all the enchantment decks going around, and without enchantment removal I lose to any white based deck running {chain to the rocks} and {banishing light}.  I like {Prime Speaker Zegana} and she isn't too expensive, I'll see if I can grab her.  {Hunter's Prowess} is a sorcery, but I like it.  I think that will go in for {life's legacy}.  I agree with  {Reclamation Sage} I don't know why I didn't grab him in the first place.

I'm thinking of replacing {military intelligence} with either {feast on the fallen} or {eternal thirst}. Sugestions?

I ran a chasm Skulker deck last week.

{Waste Not} + {Whispering Madness} ciphered on a {Chasm Skulker} is insane. I one-shotted my opponent with a swing for 21 one game.

indeed, but I am trying to keep my deck post-rotation, at least for discussion purposes.  Also, mono-white and red-white have an annoyingly easy time defeating that combo.  Just banish all the squids.
