Removing Land from Opponent's Hand

Is it possible to remove basic land from an opponent's hand? I haven't found a card that allows it, but I may not have been looking in the right places.

I think only in complete hand removal, or "discard at random" cards.

No specific format, my friends and I play for fun. We don't do commander or anything fancy. And we don't go by card legalities either, so anything's open. I'm trying to find something to use with Gideon, Champion of Justice. Whenever I play him, they start holding land in their hands

You could try reducing their hand size, so they can't hold onto the lands. {Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur}, {Gnat Miser}, {Locust Miser}, and {Cursed Rack} all help

{blackmail} can do it if they show you land. Or if they have 3 or less cards in hand.

{Mind Rot} effects work when they choose what to discard if you wanna chose then {Black Mail} is your best bet!
