After thinking about this topic, and people making "post rotation" decks I've come to a conclusion.

1. It is semi pointless to make a deck without khans if takir. After the first fnm decks will be on the internet, and you can get the new cards. My opinion of a post rotation deck, is really just a win the first fnm after rotation.deck.

2. We still have  a while till rotation and while limit what you can play!

3. It makes more sense to wait for the majority of the khans of takir spoilers, and build around that, instead of investing a deck witch would be inferior to others a few weaks after the release.

Opinions,thoughts?

Well I'm just going to add stuff from those sets when it comes out

Someone makes some version of this point before every rotation. I agree with you, it makes no sense  to brew post-rotation decks, but I guess some people really want to brew decks that will never exist.
I'm already building mine. I have most of the stuff together already

It's fun making decks. It's fun playing with awesome decks that no one plays because it hasn't gotten top 8 at some tourney. Its fun playing with a deck that no one else does because ypu dont copy the ten thousand other MonoU MonoB and Esper decks out there. Not to mention block constructed tournaments. And Standard is a volatile format, they're trying to predict what decks could survive rotation. Threads like this are pointless. It's a game, you're supposed to have fun.

Play EDH or modern.

But really the only reason I play standard is to see how certain cards work with that limited card pool and If they work well here where else will they work.

I agree with your points, but unfortunately for me, I live 45 minutes from my game store and work 50 hours a week.  I wish I could play more, but I just can't.  However, deck building is my absolute favorite thing in magic, huge Johnny right here.  So I make a deck that will work great at this point in time, as well as after we lose the previous block.  Not saying it's the smartest thing ever, but it is really fun for me.

Brewing post-rotation decks allows you to look through cards that go unnoticed in "pre-rotation standard" and gives you the opportunity to build multiple decks that are okay in within the current block/coreset and then update them when the next block comes out. It's actually a very helpful and recommended strategy. For example, before Theros came out you could have designed any number of control decks and they wouldn't change that much. Esper control was huge when Theros came out and the only things it got from Theros were {Hero's Downfall}, {Dissolve}, {Elspeth, Sun's Champion}, {Thoughtseize} and Temples. At first glance, that's a lot, but when you think about it, most of those slots could have been filled by a different card and the deck would still be playable.

Another thing to think about is the fact that you can almost always expect the fall set to have a few things: lands, counterspells, removal, and possibly a Wrath effect, staple roles for standard. Because of this, it is pretty easy to build a deck relying on only the previous block and core set, and sub out weaker cards for better ones when spoilers come out.

TL;DR: you can expect fall sets to have a few things that will improve your deck, and having a plan for when rotation hits isn't a bad idea.
