Let me know what you guys think I should change.
Blood artist is there for synergy with all of the sacrificing and destroying of opponents creatures. He helps with damage reach and can drain pretty fast.
Bloodghast and reassembling skeleton are for sac targets because they both keep coming back. Obviously Bloodghast is way better, but I use reassembling skeleton for the extra resource and in case I don't have a land in hand.
Cartel aristocrat and bloodflow connoisseur are the sac outlets. Aristocrat is good on offense but I use her more for defense. Connoisseur can get huge and is a major threat on the board.
Desecration demon for something in the air and he makes the opponent sacrifice. With the combination of those three they can put a ton of pressure on the board.
Bone splinters and tragic slip are for removal. Enough said pretty much. Tragic slip can easily be morbid with all the sacs and destroying of creatures.
Altars reap fits the theme of the deck and is a good card draw off of reassembling. It can also morbid tragic slip.
Balance is used for when I have land issues and the opponent is going off faster than I am. I know this card is OP but that's why I run only two to be a little fair. Keep in mind I have some friends that run even more op cards than I do.
Liliana of the veil for a good planeswalker. She helps more with disrupting the opponent than yourself because you have cards that can come back themselves without too much work. Used for making the opponents sac as well as you might've guessed.
20 lands in total because you really only need 2 lands to start, 6 of them being 4 Godless shrine and 2 temple for my white sources. There are only 6 cards that require a plains so I don't need too many white sources. That's why I only run 2 temples for it is rather a slow land.

As for the sideboard:
Mutilate for the aggro match ups. Again it doesn't hurt to lose your creatures because they just come back. You can also play it around losing your bigger threats like desecration demon and the bloodflow connoisseur. I usually take out bone splinters depending on how creature heavy they are, and if they are then I would take out Lilliana.
Death cloud is used for the extra damage mainly. If I'm having trouble finishing the opponent then I use this. I could use essence harvest instead. This is a card I've been debating about. I just have it in because it fits the theme and it just might disrupt their plans just enough. I usually take out some altar's reap
Oblivion ring for getting rid of anything creature removal can't get. I take out some bone slinters and altar's reap
Hero's downfall for getting rid planeswalkers mainly. I take out some bone splinters
Nether traitor for the aggro/midrange match ups. I feel like they have a lot of defenses or I just need to get more damage in then I switch him in. I usually take out some desecration demons and connoisseur.

Let me know what your thoughts are or anything I should change

This is a really solid and well put together deck man. Props

Lilhek

Appreciate you man. Glad you like it

The one thing I could think of is {skullclamp}. It's amazing card draw and all your sac creature die with it on.

Oh that's a good replacement for altar's reap. Thank you!

My B/W deck has a different theme than yours, but I still think you could benefit from {Butcher of Malakir} and {Dictate of Erebos}. I'm surprised I didn't see {Devour Flesh} and I generally prefer {Culling Dias} over {Altars Reap}.

On a side note, I play B/R sacrifice and use things like {Act of Treason} to smash my opponents in the face with their own creature then sac it and reap the benefits. {Field of Souls} might also be worth a shot.

Also {grave pact} is amazing at clearing a field.
