Is  {Talisman of Progress} that good? I've never used them. I guess it is a 2 drop for colored mana. I would have  {Fellwar Stone},  {Mind Stone}, or {Azorius Cluestone} over that.  {Chromatic Lantern} is always good too.

That's a good point. I'll never really need mana fixing since it's only a two color deck, and most of the deck is equipment.
