I've never had a problem with the condition of cards ordered from amazon.

I did once. Ordered a few cards for a zombie deck and one of my {Geralfs messengers} had a crease down the middle from someone folding it in half.

I have never really had a problem with amazon. I always receive cards in the hard case and i only buy from big name companies on there.

I take that back, I did have a card come in with a crease or something, but all I had to do was contact the store that sold it to me through amazon online and they sent another without asking for the damaged one to be sent back.
