Needs populate. {Druid's Deliverance} and {Rootborn Defences} would work.
Repeatable populate, {Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage},  {Growing Ranks}
Threat removal {Sundering Growth}. Plus exile bonus.
{Advent of the Wurm} is a decent token producer. {Giant Adephage} is pure gold in this kind of deck.

I'd for sure drop {Manaweft Sliver} in favour of {Sylvan Caryatid}, and probably drop {Axebane Gaurdian} in favour of a populate card or {Karametra's Acolyte}.

I made a R/W/G token deck and it was pretty sick. Beware {Atherize} and blue in general.

Honestly  {Sigarda, Host of Herons}'a not a bad commander. Flying,hexproof 5/5. Can't be forced to sac (think about all the annihilator in EDH with the rampant eldrazi). It actually plays pretty well.
