If my opponent has {invisible stalker} or really any other creature that has ciphers on it and gets copied say by my {phyrexian metamorph} does my copy get the creature WITH ciphers? It is copying the creature as is, and as is would mean with all abilities "On the card"

Your copy of the {invisible stalker} would become a copy with NO cipher abilities, since they are exiled with the other invisible stalker, they are treated the same as a +1/+1 counter. Yes the metamorph sees them, but can't do anything about it. Moving on to being the creature with no add-ons.

The cypher ability requires a physical card in the exile zone for the ability to work.

702.98a: Cipher appears on some instants and sorceries. It represents two abilities. The first is a spell ability that functions while the spell with cipher is on the stack. The second is a static ability that functions while the card with cipher is in the exile zone. "Cipher" means "If this spell is represented by a card, you may exile this card encoded on a creature you control" and "For as long as this card is encoded on that creature, that creature has 'Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may copy the encoded card and you may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.'"

How the heck did you copy an {Invisible stalker}? They have Hexproof.

Because hexproof is not shroud?
Also some of those clone effects don't target

Thank you guys, so I can't just take an opponents creature will crazy amounts of ciphers and just make my own. It would be the original creature, nothing more.

{Phyrexian Metamorph} doesn't target. It's good to go.
