The 3 damage is divided as chosen, I believe you can give a creature 3 or me 3 or one to each etc. I could be wrong but I don't think you can target all for 3

I split the damage, one to each target. {Pyromancer's Gauntlet} boosts it by two, effectively turning {Flames of the Firebrand} into a triple  {Lightning Bolt}. Regardless it's countered, in which case you still take three, one from {Lobber Crew} and two from {Guttersnipe}. I also still get my 1/1. Though I think I'm dead in two turns regardless. Let's see.
